I fell in Love with Travelling as a teenager on my first trip to Bali. The memories that I have created along the way and the adventures that I have had are amazing. To be able to share the moment that your daughters see the Eiffel Tower for the first time, the romantic dinner for two with that special someone on a beach in Monterosso, having cocktails and shopping up a storm with the girls in Singapore or the family trip with friends to Hawaii is just a magical moment that we forever cherish. This is why I love my job. The Excitement of helping plan the amazing travel experience, hearing all about the adventure you have had along the way when you return home. To letting you know about this amazing seaside village in Italy that we stumble across and know that you will love. Yes, this is my passion, my joy and seeing the happiness on my client's faces is truly a blessing.

We can not speak highly enough of the service Jacqui provided for our trip to Herron Island. Information arrived when promised, questions were dealt with promptly and in depth and all ticketing and transfers arrived expeditiously.We arrived, confident that our trip would go smoothly which it did. It was the trip of a lifetime for me (I am in my 70’s) and my daughter, who has travelled extensively around the world. If you are looking for a Travel Agent then Jacqui Ryan is my recommendation. Easy to talk to, great service done casually, like planning a holiday with your bestie but everything done expediently and follow through with all the information and documentation you require. We engaged Jacqui to assist us in booking our Bali Holiday. From the first conversation, Jacqui was polite, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Jacqui was quick to answer emails and text messages and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and ready for our trip. The Legian Beach Hotel that Jacqui recommended was amazing; clean, was in an awesome location, had over friendly staff and beautiful food and beverages! Our trip overall was amazing and so was Jacqui, we will definitely engage Jacqui for all of our future adventures!! Thank you Jacqui! :)

Jacqui was fantastic to deal with from the get go! She organised everything we asked for and the timings for everything were fantastic. We had asked Jacqui to organise our travel around a pre-paid-for retreat we were attending, and all went without a glitch! It was a relief to have all out transfers sorted with english-speaking guides. This made our many flights easier and significantly reduced our stress levels. The tours and various activities booked were also excellent and gave us wonderful insights and information about the places we visited. Peru a spectacular country with many varied cultures, climates, landscapes and attractions. I would highly recommend a trip there (particularly if it was organised by Jacqui). Will be using her again, very soon!

Jacqui was awesome from start to finish. From the initial catch-up around our basic wants for our UK trip to the booking, the advice and pre-departure catch-up to hand over the paperwork I don't think anything could have been better. Throughout the Trip Jacqui was available to deal with any issues that arose but we were lucky that nothing did come up. Jacqui's help was invaluable as we are not seasoned travellers and this was the first time that we had done a large trip out of the country. Post trip Jacqui also checked in with us to see how everything went which was a nice touch.

Jacqui was amazing at facilitating our annual holiday. Jacqui had wonderful communication, including while we were away in a tricky situation (Typhoon) at our destination holiday. Everything was handled quickly and without drama, so we could continue to enjoy our holiday. Big Thank you Jacqui.

Jacqui was absolutely amazing, I’d never used a travel agent before but life was so busy with organizing my wedding, I needed help with planning my honeymoon and came across Jacqui who someone had recommended her through Facebook and got in contact. Jacqui was very prompt and easy going and could contact her anytime, very helpful if I had any questions. And my honeymoon was just perfect, relaxing it up in the Maldives and was my best holiday I’ve ever been on. Thank you again Jacqui . So definitely get in contact for a hassle free holiday… ✈️
