Who Can Join Travel Trade Connect? 


Trade Partners are eligible to join Travel Trade Connect if they meet the following criteria:

  • Provide a product, service or support to travel agents
  • Trade in Australia and have local Australian representation
  • Pay agent commissions (if you are a supplier)

Existing trade partners include tour operators, cruise lines, wholesalers, insurance providers, accommodation, rail and destination tourism boards.

We also welcome travel business support services that specialise in assisting travel agents and the trade, such as bookkeepers, designers, blog writers, education platforms, marketing specialists, recruitment and technology services. 


Why Do We Need Travel Trade Connect?


Travel Agents need easy access to contact details and resources. They need to find trade partners and information quickly and a central contact directory helps them expand their partner networks and find what they need.

Trade Partners seek new ways to connect with agents in an ever-evolving industry. Outdated contact lists, reduced physical store locations and staff shortages are just some of the issues our trade partners are still facing.

Who Has Access to Travel Trade Connect?


Australian Travel Agents have free access to Travel Trade Connect through their Travel Agent Finder account dashboard.

All Trade Partner members also have access. Find support services and partners for your own business by searching Travel Trade Connect. 

Travel Trade Connect is not accessible to the general public. It is inside the member's area and restricted to Travel Partner members and verified Australian Travel Agents. 


What is the difference between Travel Agent Finder and Travel Trade Connect? 


Travel Agent Finder is a public website to help travellers find specialist travel agents in Australia. It is searchable by expertise like destination knowledge and travel type, as well as agent location, reviews and more, 

Travel Trade Connect is the travel industry directory that sits inside the agent member's area, enabling them to search and find trade partners, resources and updates.
