Hi! I’m Chris, a dedicated travel enthusiast with over 20 years travel industry experience, who is happily married with two teenage kids, a small dog, a lively bird (Weiro), and a collection of friendly fish. When I’m not immersed in the world of travel as an independent agent, I enjoy cycling, playing and coaching ice hockey, eating delicious food, and striving to stay fit and active—though keeping up with fitness while managing a busy business can sometimes be a challenge!
My passion for travel, or should I say wanderlust, was sparked at the age of 12 during a transformative family trip to Thailand. This early experience ignited a passion for exploring new destinations, trying new foods and learning about diverse cultures. Over the years, my travels have taken me to 28 countries (soon to be 30), spanning regions including the South West Pacific, South East Asia, North Asia, the Middle East, North America, and Europe.
With its rich history, vibrant culture, and incredible cuisine, Europe holds a special place in my heart. France and Italy are particularly close to me, and I’ve had the pleasure of visiting France/Paris six times—five of those in the past decade—each visit deepening my appreciation for its charm and elegance.
I truly believe that travel is one of the greatest educators. It broadens your horizons, opens your mind to different cultures and ways of life, introduces you to new experiences and flavours, and fosters a deeper appreciation for your own home. It’s this belief that fuels my dedication to helping others experience the joy and enrichment that travel can bring.

I have not used a travel agent for years but I had hit several logistical snags with my desire to see and walk on the Great Wall of China coupled with plans to visit Hong Kong for the first time. My friend recommended Chris. I explained our situation and Chris was able to help me fill in the missing pieces. He took care of all the bookings for flights, accommodation and transfers for a very reasonable agent fee for the peace of mind it gave me and my husband. Chris had obviously listened to our various concerns/likes/dislikes and had planned accordingly. Also, because I had been trying to arrange the holiday myself, I had a good idea of what things cost. Chris provided me with a detailed preliminary itinerary and quote which was comparable and in some cases better than what I had been looking at. I had a few queries on holiday which Chris responded promptly to. He supplied the information/reassurance I needed and our holiday went without a hitch.

Chris was with us from early days planning our 6 weeks in Europe. He listened to what we wanted and were interested in and gave us great options. The hotel options were fantastic and each of our 8 hotels were cool, quirky and not big chains which suited us perfectly. Bookings were smooth. Flight options were great and when I injured my back he was fast to assist with a seat change.He kept us updated while travelling with any changes and is friendly and easy to deal with.We have already asked him to help us with our next plan.

Chris organised flights, accomodation, a cruise and all of our transfers for our recent 4 week trip to Europe, He took the stress out of planning a holiday and was there to offer support from the planning stage right up until the end of the holiday. I was booking a last minute trip to the UK. CHRIS provided exceptional, professional advice, within hours of sending a email enquiry.I was pleasantly surprised by the package he put together, at a great price.I have since referred many friends whom have also been extremely happy with his professionalism and service.I would highly recommend Chris if planning a trip.

When I had to fly to Johannesburg at short notice in September 2022, Chris sorted the flights, made changes and kept an eye on my waitlist flights. His help and support were greatly appreciated during a challenging time.Fortunately, my next trip was more leisurely - to UK and USA, booked in January 2023 for July/August 2023. Again, Chris went above and beyond with changing flights and booking us exit row seats. American Airlines booking of exit row seats was bothersome but Chris persisted with success.Thank you for making travel easy!

Chris is truly very professional and competent, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.We had been dealing with a different travel agent while planning our family trip to US and Europe. This other travel agent had taken such a long time to come up with an itinerary for us and when they did, it made no logistical or financial sense. That's when Chris crossed our path. As we were only a couple of weeks out from the time we were supposed to be travelling, I asked a friend for a recommendation, and I said: "I need a really (really!) good travel agent that knows what they are doing". They recommended Chris Scott. They could not have been more right!! Chris was amazing form start to finish. He came up with a brilliant itinerary and great suggestions within 2 days. He truly listened to us and understood our needs.
