Australia has been my home since 1987 after growing up in a beautiful Welsh village. In the 28 years since I began my career in travel, I have been very fortunate to have widely-travelled the world and have visited 51 countries to date including:

I specialise in keeping my customers happy, which is why so many come back time and again and refer their friends, colleagues and families.
I have a special interest in group travel and have organised more than 350 groups in my travel career! These have ranged from ladies shopping tours to Asia, wedding groups to Fiji and Canada, rugby trips for both spectators and players, family reunions, and school language tours. Any escorted tours are hand-crafted carefully so that they represent excellent value for money and provide clients with memorable travel experiences. I am also an expert in travel arrangements for Medical and Allied Health professionals, with a strong focus on conference travel.
One of my favourite bookings included a wedding in the Ngorongoro Crater, in the Serengeti National Park, Tanzania. I love a challenge and constructing complex itineraries. One of my recent itineraries stretched out to 104 days of travel around the world. It gave me an enormous sense of achievement and satisfaction to put the holiday together and my lucky clients had the time of their lives!
I have visited so many beautiful places but my 'local' favourite is Lord Howe Island, just two hours flying time from Brisbane. Top of my international list would have to be Tahiti and the Caribbean Islands.

We (my family and I) have used Tracey’s services on several occasions now-both internationally and domestically. Most recently, we have returned from a trip to the UK, with a return stop over in Thailand. A few weeks ago at two o'clock in the morning, my fiancé who lives in England, rang me to say our son had been rushed to hospital with a serious illness and I should get myself on the next available plane. Not expecting to hear back until a reasonable time of the morning, l still sent Tracey a text explaining what had happened and asking for her help to purchase a ticket. Within 20 minutes of sending my text, Tracey had rung to say my ticket was booked and that she was coming to pick me up and drive me to the airport. While Tracey has always exceeded my expectations when providing for my travel needs, this most recent dealing has shown me that her kindness knows no bounds. Thank you Tracey

Tracey has organised International and Australasian holidays for my family for over 25 years as well as conference travel around the world.
