Tracey has organised International and Australasian holidays for my family for over 25 years as well as conference travel around the world. She is efficient, reliable and has impeccable attention to detail. Tracey has excellent suggestions for sightseeing and “must do” activities in each destination. Her wide knowledge base allows for hassle-free flight and accommodation arrangements. I have been delighted with the service that Tracey has provided and I highly recommend her as a travel agent.
A few weeks ago at two o'clock in the morning, my fiancé who lives in England, rang me to say our son had been rushed to hospital with a serious illness and I should get myself on the next available plane. Not expecting to hear back until a reasonable time of the morning, l still sent Tracey a text explaining what had happened and asking for her help to purchase a ticket. Within 20 minutes of sending my text, Tracey had rung to say my ticket was booked and that she was coming to pick me up and drive me to the airport. While Tracey has always exceeded my expectations when providing for my travel needs, this most recent dealing has shown me that her kindness knows no bounds. Thank you Tracey

We (my family and I) have used Tracey’s services on several occasions now-both internationally and domestically. Most recently, we have returned from a trip to the UK, with a return stop over in Thailand. Not only was the organisation (flights, car hire, accommodation) perfectly tailored to our needs, but also the price-Tracey beat all the online competitors by a margin.Tracey’s communication is always timely, with any questions addressed immediately. She is simply excellent to deal with, making the while booking process a breeze.Tracey also provides reassurance while away as we know that if there are any difficulties, we are able to reach out for support. This is the safety net that allows us to focus on enjoying the time we have away.I would wholeheartedly recommend Tracey.
