A True Experience

We found Chris online and are very glad that we did.  Chris booked 3 safari  parks with connecting light planes, accommodation and tours in Victoria Falls, road transfers where needed and connecting domestic flights.  Nothing could have been smoother. We were met at each point and totally looked after.Initially we did not have the knowledge to decide which safari parks to go to.  We simply knew we wanted to go to Botswana. Chris helped us make up our minds with information and advice.  He was always at the end of the phone to answer our queries and ease our minds.  Nothing was too much trouble.  The safari parks he chose showed his knowledge of the area.  They were superb and we had wonderful experiences tracking the animals and returning to comfortable camps afterwards.We can certainly recommend Chris and Sandy at Travel Africa …your way

I met Deryk during the planning of an European trip. I was nicely surprised by the detailed Itinerary and multiple updates on consecutive changes to Covid restrictions. He helped us to get all documents required in various countries before the departure and during the trip. In consecutive destinations all hotels selected by Deryk were centrally located, high quality, with amazing views and very attractive. Deryk provided us with detailed instructions how to find selected car rental offices and quality restaurants. He was monitoring our path of travel and making sure that all transfers are fast and easy. I cannot imagine better and more caring Travel Agent than Deryk.  We already have new bookings arranged by LuxuryTravel Planner and recommended Deryk to friends and work colleagues for all their travel needs

Mel has been our travel consultant for many years. She is very reliable, knowledgeable  and friendly and we now call her a friend more than a travel advisor. During the Covid outbreak we had many cruises cancelled and that caused many problems within the cruise industry. We were owed thousands of dollars Mel spent many days of her own time going through every cruise and getting our refunds in a timely manner albeit to say the cruise industry particularly Princess had not got a clue what was happening. We live in Melbourne and were doing a cruise from Brisbane Mel gave up her time and met us at the cruise terminal for a coffee and a chat how many Travel agents do that? so thanks for that Mel. Suffice to say we have now got all our travel requirements now with MelIf you want an excellent travel advisor Mel should be your FIRST CHOICE

I have booked several holidays to India with Meredith and Tiwari travel, and all have been a huge success, with multiple destinations our transfers, drivers and contacts have always been spot on. Having a presence in india is a huge plus when you decide to change your plans. I would have no probs recommending Meredith to book any holiday as she has a wealth of knowledge on so much of the world and the travel industry.
