Those that know me well would say that I am a bit of a dreamer and very persistent, both of which I consider a good trait for a Travel Agent to have. This persistence pays off when faced with finding travellers the best deal, best advice & best outcome. I have a passion for cruising with it’s associated simplicity, value and romance but I have more than enough enthusiasm for most destinations around the world and in our own backyard. Those favourites that come to mind are New York, Hong Kong, Budapest, Japan and Berlin. I was born & raised in Lismore on the Northern Rivers of NSW and together with my husband have raised our 5 children here.

As first time overseas travellers Janelle was an absolute superstar. She navigated all the processes for us with ease, put up with a thousand questions, kept to within our budget with accomodation and travel. The ability to have appointments at a time and place that suited our work rosters made the whole process a lot easier. We have since used Janelle for not only our other overseas trip but for accommodation and flight bookings within Australia. Cannot recommend Janelle enough

Janelle has organised at least 6 of our o/S trips and we have had no problems whatsoever. She is totally professional, personable and extremely competent in her job. When the time comes for our next holiday Janelle will be handling everything once again for us!

Janelle is very professional with all of her clients. her ability and experience to get the best deals and information for her clients is amazing. She always makes people feel comfortable when then are not sure on what to do when choosing a holiday. She goes above and beyond for all of her clients always putting them first. its just not a job for Janelle when she is organising your holiday its like your one of her family members when she is putting everything together i highly recommended Janelle for all your travel needs as she will always put 110% in what she does

When Janelle booked our European lifetime adventure Feb 2021, little did we know what was around the corner. With Janelle as our agent, she managed to get all our trip refunded. She has also since booked other family members' trips, with complete professionalism, whilst still managing through this pandemic. We highly recommend her to anyone wanting to book their future holidays.

I have booked multiple holidays through Janelle , and everyone of them absolutely perfect.From HongKong , Bali to multiple Melbourne cup cruises and just cruising in general, never had to worry about anything.I have even put my 50th birthday celebrations in her hands and I know that I have nothing to worry about.The best travel manager around , ( she almost feels like family) ♥️
