I have worked in the travel industry for over 30 years, and pride myself on the service I offer to my clients. I was born in the UK and moved to Australia 15 years ago with my husband and son. I have travelled since I was 9 years old and it is a passion that will never go away. I have some wonderful memories of the destinations I have visited.
I have now decided to take the plunge and operate my own business as a Personal Travel Manager. With TravelManagers, I now have the opportunity to share my experience, knowledge and love of travel on a far more personal level.

Mel has been our travel consultant for many years. She is very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly and we now call her a friend more than a travel advisor.
During the Covid outbreak we had many cruises cancelled and that caused many problems within the cruise industry. We were owed thousands of dollars Mel spent many days of her own time going through every cruise and getting our refunds in a timely manner albeit to say the cruise industry particularly Princess had not got a clue what was happening.
We live in Melbourne and were doing a cruise from Brisbane Mel gave up her time and met us at the cruise terminal for a coffee and a chat how many Travel agents do that? so thanks for that Mel.

Melanie Rocks has been our travel consultant for the past 10 years, during this time Melanie has booked many many cruises for us to many destinations.
