Somebody recently asked me what I love about travel and I think they didn't get a word in for 10 minutes. There are so many things - first and foremost being a part of people's special memories and ensuring everything goes to plan from the moment they book until the moment they return home.
Its about the experiences and opening people's eyes to the world, changing perceptions, growing as a person. Its about seeing life through a different lens and appreciation and gratitude for all that is around us. It's the local cuisine - I have always said if I win the lottery it will be a foodies trip around the world with my friends!
Its about meeting the local people and forging lifelong friendships. I have clients who did a Vietnam Homestay and they keep in touch to this day. But it is not just the locals - I also have clients that speak to people from their tour groups 20 years on. They have reunions!
Travel is truly something to be appreciated for many reasons. So go out there and see the world!

Jess Zacker travel helped me organise the trip of a lifetime this year to Iceland. My husband had a work expo in Amsterdam so we decided to add some things on to our trip and she put it all together for us perfectly. A few amazing nights in Dubai , on to Iceland via Denmark and then finishing up in Amsterdam with a day trip to Belgium. She coordinated it so we barely had to do a thing … just tell her where we wanted to go . Amazing .

Jess has organised so much for us now! Many international trips, taking in 10 different countries - from Swedish Lapland to NYC, to my husband and I landing within half an hour of each other in Singapore (one from London, one from Australia!)For each trip, she's had so many fantastic ideas for locations and hotels, and organised all the finer details of connecting flights and transfers. Jess also helped my husband (a lot!) to organise our honeymoon, in northern Europe and the Arctic - an unbelievable expereince of -30 degrees, the Northern Lights, Ice Hotel and dog sledding.She has also organised flights back to my native UK on many occasions, which usually means working with very specific time/date windows. Last year we braved going twice with two young children, and Jess had absolutely everything covered for us.Nothing is ever too much for Jess, her attention to detail when creating a bespoke travel experience is fantastic! We will always go to Jess for our adventures.

Thanks Jess on making my 60th birthday a magnificent holiday celebration.The whole trip was totally fantastic.from the time we boarded our flight ... to all the many beautiful cities & sites we visited.The tour was really fun, a good group of people & your recommendation on the accommodation afterwards (when we were travelling on our own) was great … everything ran smoothly.thanks for all your time; effort & professionalism in arranging this ..... until our next holiday!!

Jess has helped me with 2 big trips this year and each time she’s been super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accessible. Adelaide to Paris, Verona, Bellagio and Milan. Piece of cake! Jess is an AMAZING travel agent. She helped us plan our entire 2.5 week holiday to Japan for the ski season. She thought about things we hadn't even considered yet such as insurance and equipment hire and transit bookings. She really is all over it, it saved us so much time. Last year I had some last-minute complicated travel arrangements back to the UK. My mother was sick and I needed to leave immediately.I contacted Jess and within an hour all of the bookings were taken care of, at a great price and very convenient flight times.Whilst I was in the UK I needed to amend my booking for the return journey, absolutely amazing service in a different time zone.I recently booked again to go on holiday in June this year and the same fantastic service and speed of reply.I am going to Japan next year, have a guess who is handling my travel arrangements?Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jess Zacker, her service, speed of reply, pricing is A*. Where do I start.... Jess is absolutely sensational at what she does, we let her know what we wanted to do while away, she arranged absolutely everything and had us 300m away from what we were attending, which happened to be a 15 minute walk to everything fun. It is not just this, it was the advice she gave us that reduced a lot of travel stress, and to anyone that travels that is so important.
