Planning holidays is one my favourite things about working in this industry, and I want to help you create these memorable journeys. I've been fortunate to have had many amazing travel experiences over the last 20+ years, most of which I believe have come from researching destinations for my clients and adding them to my personal bucket list. Like visiting Jordan, Galapagos and Iceland. I probably would not have thought of these places as the next destination I wanted to visit without researching and organising a trip for one of my clients first. But these three have been some of the most memorable places I've visited.

I can thoroughly recommend Alan for all your travel needs. Nothing was too much trouble - from planning our itinerary, to choosing our hotels, booking our trains & tours and organising travel insurance. Alan was always available when needed - contacting us when airlines changed our flight times and rebooking us when they cancelled flights. The app is also fantastic with all your travel documents uploaded in one convenient place.

I have now utilized Alan as my travel agent for a number of trips including Family holidays, recreational and business trips. I came across Alan via a retired travel agent that I had entrusted for many years who highly recommended Alan in her absence. I was weary to use a new agent, however I quickly learned that Alan is amazing at communication, research, and price. If you are wanting a stress fee Holiday where you know that you are safe and in capable hands, then Alan is the agent for you. I cannot recommend him more highly and I will continue to use Alan's expertise and continue to refer my friends and family.

We have benefitted from travel advice from Alan on a number of occasions when he worked in Hobart, and thanks to his expertise in planning multi-destination trips we have enjoyed best deals on long-distance and domestic air travel; various hotels; train trips, car hire and leisure add-ons. As a result, our holidays have been hassle-free.He remains on hand to expeditiously problem-solve any unforeseen changes/cancellations to the itinerary. It is comforting to know he has the skills and access to the industry in order to make such changes, if needed.Since relocating to Mainland Australia, Alan has proved online communication, rather than the previous face-to-face contact, is no barrier. Alan researched and booked my fights to Europe and Japan recentlyI am a fussy traveler - no early morning flights, aisle seats ideally one of two, no long stop overs in airports etcHe came up with a great deal filling all my requirementsThen half way through the trip I had family problems and had to change the flightsI changed my plans several times In the end after a lot of too and throwing, he was able to change the second last last leg of the trip with minimal change fees and new flight costsTo be honest in the past I have usually booked my flights myself - but if I had this time it would have been a nightmare!!Lesson learned!! - So from now on will definitely use Alan to arrange my travel - have several trips in the planning stages!!Thanks so much Alan :):):)
