Sue provided professional support in arranging and co-ordinating the trip. She was readily available, contactable and prompt at all times. Being friendly, polite and patient with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She spent an enormous amount of time fine tuning the itinerary to include all items on our wish list. During the trip, she maintained contact ensuring all went well and we were enjoying the trip.Upon return, her positive interaction in obtaining our feedback to assist any future client enquiries is a testament to her genuine interest in our well being and the full service provider package. Sue from Mimosa organised a fantastic trip to Spain Portugal,Canary Islands, Morocco and France for us from Feb to April 23. We included a 12 day coach trip through Spain & Portugal and a 15 day Norwegian Cruise from Malaga to Lisbon via the Canaries & Morocco. We then travelled to Perpignan in France for 11 nights where we seen the famous Sanch parade on Good Friday. Hotels and the Cruise and Apartments in Faro Portugal & Barcelona & Malaga and Perpignan were all excellent. Thanks to Sue & Mimosa we loved everything, and had a great Trip to Europe.We can thoroughly reccomend Mimosa. Moyan & Graeme Cahill. Victoria.

Sue has been a great help for planning several of our travels in recent years. Her knowledge of the pros and cons of different cruise lines is extensive. When I recently got very confused with all the 'Must Dos' before our latest cruise, Sue calmly talked me through the process. Over the several bookings Sue has done for us, she has come to know our preferences and therefore has made recommendations based on these. For any queries, Sue gets back to me promptly. We appreciate having a such local travel expert who we can call for advice.

By far the BEST travel agent we have ever dealt with. Sue has helped us plan our last three overseas holidays. She listened to what we would like to do and understands not everybody wants a stock standard travel company tour. But if that's what you want she’ll look after you. Sue organised an amazing trek for me in Nepal. This is a bucket list trip that I can now cross off. Sue understood what I wanted and took my health into the main factor. The time in Kathmandu was everything that I wanted, I was met at Kathmandu International Airport and driven around the next 4 days being shown the main sites. I was then met in Pokhara and shown around by another guide. I had a female guide and porter which was just wonderful as we laughed and bonded over some funny things that occurred along the 5 day trek. As I was travelling most of the time by myself I was confident in that Sue had organised everything and it would all go smoothly, which it did. If you would like Sue to organise a holiday for you, you cannot go wrong, Sue is very personable and stayed in regular communi.cation with me by email, phone call and text. It was also comforting to have the phone number of your travel agent if anything went awry. Sue will be planning my next holiday.
