This battery is a unique one that is allowed to be utilised inside an aircraft. It must be transported inside the cabin with you and is NOT allowed below with your checked baggage.
Another device available on the market is the Philips Dream Station, which I have used in the past. You can check with a few different stores or chemists that sell them to see if you can rent these machines for your next holidays.
