Snoring on a night flight? Travel with a CPAP Machine.

Snoring on a night flight? Travel with a CPAP Machine.

We have all been on that night flight when someone is snoring loudly!

I bought my ResMed AirMini CPAP Travel machine a few years ago. I adore it, and my husband is especially pleased that I am no longer snoring on planes, in hotels, or on cruises.

If you're wondering whether you need a travel CPAP machine or wondering how to compare CPAP machines for travel, I might be able to help!

As a regular traveller, I think this machine is ideal for me. I use the ResMed face mask, the only one that is compatible with this device.

The machine fits neatly in your carry-on luggage because it is so light. I simply bring my device and the travel battery on night flights. This battery is a unique one that is allowed to be utilised inside an aircraft. It must be transported inside the cabin with you and is NOT allowed below with your checked baggage.

Another device available on the market is the Philips Dream Station, which I have used in the past. You can check with a few different stores or chemists that sell them to see if you can rent these machines for your next holidays. If you're in my local area I am happy to recommend Peta at Aspley Day & Night Chemist, who has helped me choose all my CPAP machines.

Airlines often need to give you pre-approval to travel with a CPAP machine to ensure the make, model and battery are approved, so if you need assistance booking your holidays travelling with a CPAP machine, please get in touch
