We would like to say a massive thank you to Kerstin who helped plan our overseas trip to Europe over Christmas 2025. I can say from the start it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Kerstin. She gave us amazing advice on which countries to visit (eg Munich for the Christmas Markets was incredible, London and Paris) and helped us book many activities we wanted to do. She listened to what we would like and put forward an itinerary that worked very well for us. Nothing was too much for her - even when we made a few changes (some in the last weeks leading up to the holiday). Her response time was fantastic and any question we had she answered - nothing was too much trouble (even changing train ticket times, desert safari times in Dubai etc). I cannot recommend Kerstin enough for what turned out to be one of the best holidays of our lives! We absolutely loved our holiday and would not have changed anything. Thank you so much and can't wait for the next one !

Keratin goes above and beyond to make our trips come to fruition. We handed her a wish list and she made it happen effortlessly. The flights and accommodation were so good, and we felt comfortable knowing that Kerstin was always available.to help out if we needed help, not that we did, but plans can always go awry. Highly recommend using a travel agent and Kerstin is one of the best.

If you want a travel agent who is caring and responsive with amazing attention to detail-someone you can really trust with your travel plans- then go no further than Kerstin and her team. Kerstin put together a complicated itinerary for me and she considered every detail, right down to transfers between Tours and hotels. She chose beautiful experiences for me based on my wish list and I couldn’t be happier. It was the trip of a lifetime and I will be asking Kerstin to organise my next trip!

Hi KerstinYou were right it was an amazing holidayEverything went as planned Both Globus and Avalon were excellent 4 star tour guides were polite and had so much information to pass onWe enjoyed Paris and Amsterdam the most London was a bit tired and needed a good clean up except for the main tourist areasThanks for recommending the trip to THe Haag and Rotterdam what and excellent day Also the laundry service in Amsterdam we gave that address to a few others who were running out of clothes and thought they could get it done on board the ship!!All transfers from hotels to trains were well organised and on timeThe cruise was out standing couldn't find fault in anything Staff very polite nothing was a problem for them Food very high standard menu changed each night to reflect what area you were in On board activities and shore tours were outstanding so many choices Will be looking to do another trip in 2025Thank you for all your adviceChris and Arthur

We engaged Kerstin to assist us (family of four (with 2 teenage boys) with a 5 week holiday travelling through Europe during the Christmas holidays. We had an extremely positive experience using Kerstin and couldn't have asked for a better planner.We were impressed with Kerstin's communications and proactiveness in both the planning and booking process. Having never travelled overseas, Kerstin used her vast experience to provide different options that would give us the best experiences without tiring us out. This included her suggestion to include time to visit Christmas markets (which we did through extending our stay in Salzburg), adding an additional day in Helsinki on-route to Lapland and finishing the European leg in Barcelona. A suggestion that Kerstin made which proved its worth was the arrangement of transfers from airports to accommodation. As we travelled with a portable wheelchair, having these transfers was a major relief and made the transporting process stress-free.

Kerstin organised our trip to Italy/Belfast/Singapore. Guided by what we wanted she made some great suggestions & I was really glad to leave the research & bookings to her. Saved me the time and stress of trying to do it myself & I felt assured if something went wrong I had someone to contact. Also saved us $$ on our hire car. All our documents & itinerary were in an app that was easy to use. Kerstin was definitely value for money. When it comes to travel I think it pays to use an expert.

We usually book most of our holidays online but with the uncertainty of COVID we chose to book our family trip to NZ through Kerstin. She was amazing throughout ensuring we had the correct paperwork, insurance and advise. She was continually monitoring and keeping us up to date with any changes and was always quick to answer any of our questions.
