We sincerely appreciate Sarena's support and professionalism. Sarena arranged a 5 week trip to Europe for us. She solicited information up front and offered options that were well aligned with our travel goals and expectations. We travelled in France, Greece, Spain and the UK and had a wonderful trip. Sarena recommended the order of our itinerary and a variety of hotels/resorts along the way that were in fantastic locations and matched the experience we wanted to have, which varied by location. Towards the end of our trip we had to change plans due to illness. Sarena immediately made all of the changes and has followed up in helping us claim from the travel insurance company she recommended, which processed our claim in less than 10 days. We received excellent responsiveness and overall service throughout the planning, travel and post-travel experience.

Sarena Taylor's exceptional planning made our Bangkok and Koh Samui trip spectacular. The Shangri-La in Bangkok offered luxurious accommodations and impeccable service, while the Conrad in Koh Samui provided a stunning beachfront escape. Both resorts boasted exceptional dining options and attentive staff. The airline's business class service was also top-notch. Sarena was very helpful arranging my trip to Italy. She helped find some flights for us and helped at short notice to find me a hotel in Lake Como. Sarena was always very quick at responding and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend Sarena if you are planning a trip. Bridget

Sarena Taylor of Travel Managers recently organised an overseas trip for us. From the get go she was friendly, helpful and professional. Her experiences and knowledge of travel were beneficial when organising our trip. We had a variety of areas that we wished to travel to and Sarena was able to organise our trip in a way that suited us. Every motel, plane, bus, train, boat, taxi and car hire that she had organised for us was exactly as she had planned. She kept us updated constantly when organising our itinerary. Any worries or queries we had she was quick to answer. If I had any concerns during the trip Sarena was easy to contact and quick to respond. Sarena came recommended to me by a friend. After many years of organising our own travel arrangements, we thought we would utilise Sarena's services. The detail to attention and accomodation she offered to suit our needs and budget was exceptional. We chose to stay at the Fairmont and we were so glad we did as it was perfectly located for the ltinerary she helped me put together. I would certainly recommend the Fairmont in Singapore and I would definitely stay there again should we need to in the future. It is right across from Raffles so it was easy to cross over and indulge in a couple of Singapore Slings. We wanted to do all the tourist attratctions because whilst we had stopped there over the years on our way to Europe, we just never had the time to see the sights. So we packed in all the sights in 5 days and it was perfect.We appreciated Sarena's help so much, that we are currently planning our next trip with her. Can't wait to see how our next trip works out.Thank you Sarena.
