Alfina took over our travel plans after experiencing difficulty and dissatisfaction with another agent from another agency. She was very willing to help and was able to sort out our issues very efficiently and effectively, despite the confusion and complications that had arisen previously. Alfina always kept us up to date with new developments and was able to organise everything for us, alleviating our concerns and prior stresses. As a result, we were much calmer and we were able to enjoy our adventure. I met Alfina just over a year ago when she took over my booking to the Arctic when my previous agent moved. I have been impressed with Alfina's professional approach to her work. She has always acted promptly to any request or concern I had relating to my booking as well as unexpected flight changes. She has a warm, friendly manner and is very knowledgeable and up to date. I've worked with Alfina for several years as she's helped me with various trips to places all over the world. Booking my trip to Italy this year was made so much easier with Alfina's experience within Europe. Service was fast and we were able to get some great deals on accomodation. It was a long time since I had undertaken a major overseas trip. So much has changed and new difficulties presented themselves. Alfina was more than helpful in organising our travel arrangements and patiently dealt with some major changes we had to make.
