I've known Alfina from many years within the industry and I've always known her to be a very professional and extremely helpful travel agent. Recently I have come to her with a few very random international holidays and not once did she bat an eyelid about them!Alfina will always get back in a timely fashion with detailed information and goes above and beyond with any questions I might have about my trips. She ensures that everything is covered off so that I can just pack and enjoy my holiday.10 out of 10 would recommend every time!

It was a long time since I had undertaken a major overseas trip. So much has changed and new difficulties presented themselves. Alfina was more than helpful in organising our travel arrangements and patiently dealt with some major changes we had to make. Her work was efficient, thorough, helpful and, importantly, conducted in a very friendly manner. I could not recommend her more highly. I have to give her top rating in every category.

I met Alfina just over a year ago when she took over my booking to the Arctic when my previous agent moved. I have been impressed with Alfina's professional approach to her work. She has always acted promptly to any request or concern I had relating to my booking as well as unexpected flight changes. She has a warm, friendly manner and is very knowledgeable and up to date. I am soon to leave on a trip to Alaska which Alfina has helped me organise using flight and cruise credits. She is an excellent travel agent!

Alfina took over our travel plans after experiencing difficulty and dissatisfaction with another agent from another agency. She was very willing to help and was able to sort out our issues very efficiently and effectively, despite the confusion and complications that had arisen previously. Alfina always kept us up to date with new developments and was able to organise everything for us, alleviating our concerns and prior stresses. As a result, we were much calmer and we were able to enjoy our adventure. On return, Alfina was also very open to accept feedback and follow up with a few issues we encountered that were connected to the tour companies and returned with prompt and favourable results. Alfina has assisted my wife and I, plus another two couples, on our travels over the last 5 years. She is very helpful and responsive to our varied travel requests and been pro active in setting up the holiday, transitions and all other aspects we have required.We have found her honest and eager to make sure we choose the best options for a great holiday, listening to our thoughts and coming up with a workable plan that always meets our needs.Alfina is widely travelled and can usually answer all/any destination questions we may raise. She also has a very wide circle of travel experts to draw upon if required. We have found that Alfina can negotiate effectively with the various tour companies and airlines on our behalf.We choose to use Alfina for all our travels and recommend her for any holiday planning and arranging

I've worked with Alfina for several years as she's helped me with various trips to places all over the world. Booking my trip to Italy this year was made so much easier with Alfina's experience within Europe. Service was fast and we were able to get some great deals on accomodation. Alfina also sorted all my car rental and many internal flights saving me hours. I would highly recommend using Alfina and her team for all my future travels.
