Atlas Travel Centre provides strength in travel experience and knowledge. Along with my wife Jane Eastburn, we operate Atlas Travel Centre remotely using mobile technology. Atlas Travel Centre is an award-winning Cruise Agent and was a finalist in the 2019 CLIA Home Based Agency of the Year and is also a Cruiseco & Scenic Elite agency.

I am a member of Cruise Lines International Association Australasia (CLIA), the world's largest travel agent association. I am a CLIA Master Cruise Consultants, and am ranked No 2 in their Top 200 Cruise Consultants in Australia.  I am also a Princess Cruise’s Commodore  & NCLU Masters to name a few. CLIA Membership gives preferred deals, specialised cruise consultant training and helps to keep up to date with the cruise industry. Each year (pre Covid) I also attend various Cruise conferences to be updated with cruise products, offers and trends.       

I have had multiple trips to Bali and have visited other Indonesia Islands including Java, Flores, Rinca, Komodo, Moyo, Biak, Banda Naira and West Papua. Other travels include Phuket &  Samui Islands in Thailand, Penang, Langkawi & Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia,  Hong Kong, Singapore, New Guinea, Myanmar, The UK, Germany, France, Austria, The Netherlands, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Tahiti, New Caledonia, American Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Chile (including Easter Island), Canada and several trips to New Zealand and the USA  including Hawaii and Alaska. I have also travelled to Peru and visited Cusco, Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. Visited the Andes and Chilean Fjords, as well as Tierra del Fuego in Chile. Visited and kayaked in Antartica, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands. Cruised the Scottish Islands, train tripped through Switzerland, land toured Greece, Cruised the Greek Islands, visiting Turkey and Italy. 

My passion for cruising has seen me inspect and cruise on many ships. I have have travelled widely throughout Australia and have enjoyed Gold Class on the Ghan. While in Canada they enjoyed Gold Class on the Rocky Mountaineer for 2 days from Banff to Vancouver. They have experienced the Vistadome rail in Peru and travelled around Peru including Machu Picchu. I have enjoyed the Alaskan Lodges and a flight into the Arctic Circle while in Alaska. Have cruised from Norway to Svalbard and Iceland, reaching as far as the edge of the Arctic ice shelf (82 deg North)
