I engaged with Shane to assist with planning a trip to Europe for 11 people. From the very onset, Shane was helpful with discussing the and planning the trip, providing useful tips and suggestions along the way.Shane booked hotel and transport for 3 cities for the group and ensured that the little details were attended to at each location.I would recommend Shane multiple times over and use his services again.Very appreciative of his work and his service is second to none.

The wife and I were looking for a short 2 week holiday in Sri Lanka, last minute we decided to add in a short trip to Mumbai for the weekend during the trip, Shane helped us make the most of our time and and made the entire process easy with plenty of options. Great communication with plenty of updates which kept our mind at ease. Highly recommend Shane to help you out for any trip.

The W @ Sentosa was friggen amazing! Extremely welcoming from the concierge, to check-in (Balloons and welcome drink on arrival- The one from office room fridge, not in the walkway), to the room. Very modern and clean!Very family and kid friendly. Kids were spoilt with their own kids cards benefits (popcorn and icecream - WOW).Shane booked us the Marvellous suite, which lived upto its name.The resort amenities and pool were GREAT! Kids loved the pool!Shane kept me in the loop of every email reminder he received about the booking etc.Booking and advice via SW Travel was superb.Thanks SW Travel, will book again!
