Thanks to Shane we’ve had two seamless holidays within 6months - a cruise and a trip to Hawaii! Shane has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, from providing advice on optimising our itinerary to sorting out last minute issues that popped while on the trip. I recently used the services of Shane from S W Black Travel for the first time for a months long holiday overseas. The wife and I were looking for a short 2 week holiday in Sri Lanka, last minute we decided to add in a short trip to Mumbai for the weekend during the trip, Shane helped us make the most of our time and and made the entire process easy with plenty of options. I engaged with Shane to assist with planning a trip to Europe for 11 people. The W @ Sentosa was friggen amazing! Extremely welcoming from the concierge, to check-in (Balloons and welcome drink on arrival- The one from office room fridge, not in the walkway), to the room. Very modern and clean!Very family and kid friendly. Kids were spoilt with their own kids cards benefits (popcorn and icecream - WOW).Shane booked us the Marvellous suite, which lived upto its name.The resort amenities and pool were GREAT! Kids loved the pool!Shane kept me in the loop of every email reminder he received about the booking etc.Booking and advice via SW Travel was superb.Thanks SW Travel, will book again!
