I love the birthing period of the Great Migration. It is usually about February, when the vast herds reach their southern most point and pause on the short-grass plains of the Serengeti, when hundreds of thousands of babies are born, wildebeest, zebra and gazelle being the most abundant, but also lion, cheetah, eland, buffalo and more.
Here are just a few snapshots of who you might see on your Great Migration Safari experience.
