Gorilla trekking is a strenuous activity that will see you trekking through thick rainforest for between 2 - 6 hours. The gorillas move every day, and finding them may involve crossing creeks, hacking through dense forest, scrambling up muddy banks/hills and dealing with the little creatures that call a rainforest home.
The effort is well worth it when you come face to face with a giant silverback or a cheeky adolescent gorilla. That is a memory you will cherish forever.
