We're not ok with this and we are doing something about it by 

donating 50% of our profits to keep disadvantaged children in school. 


We also make it easy for our customers to personally sponsor a student through school. As part of their adventure, we take them to visit their sponsor student and meet their family. This is an unforgettable experience that allows them to fully immerse into the local culture, learn a some of the local language and get to know some of the most resilient and inspiring people on the planet. 


To make these experiences possible, we have partnered with life-changing local charities across Africa.

AustraliaMwembeMwembe enables, educates and empowers vulnerable women and children through a range of education, entrepreneurship and micro-financing initiatives. We achieve this by partnering with local grassroots organisations. Mwembe is a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) in Australia.

Nairobi, KenyaMirror of Hope CBOFounded in 2010, MOH use education and micro-finance initiatives to empower vulnerable women and children living in East Africa's largest slum. They have been a major charity partner of ours since 2015. 

Kilimanjaro, TanzaniaEast Meru Community SchoolEMCS is a small community primary school in a rural village under Mt Kilimanjaro. They provide a high-quality and free education to 200+ students and have been a charity partner since 2016. 

Arusha, TanzaniaSchool of St JudeFounded in 2002, St Jude provides a free, high-quality education to more than 1,800 disadvantaged Tanzanian students. St Jude has been featured in renowned programs such as 60 Minutes and Australian Story, and has a proven track record. St Jude is where our Founder, Nate, volunteered from 2013 - 2015, and it was this experience that ultimately led to him starting Adventure Out Loud. 

UgandaSchool for LifeBy integrating academic learning with life skills, the School for Life nurtures critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence, preparing their students for real-world challenges.

Gondar, EthiopiaSchool of St GeorgeSt George provides a high-quality and free education to more than 500 disadvantaged students. With attendance and retention rates well above 98%, it is no wonder that St George's academic record is one of the best in Ethiopia.
