Liane has been so helpful and informative helping me with my travel itinerary and bookings. I was becoming quite stressed trying to do it myself so it was lovely to hand that stress over to someone else who knows the travel industry. I also love the personal in home visit where you can sit and chat about the different options and not have other customers around you.Thanks Liane, will recommend you to friends and family!

Liane was given a list of places and dates that we needed to be from Perth to the west coast of America travel across the USA with multiple stops and stay overs then a cruise in the Gulf of Mexico and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She gave us options of were to visit what to see and a list of cruises that suited us all within our budget. Liane also advised us on insurance which we needed in Miami. We will definitely be using Liane for our next adventure her professional experience and knowledge made our holiday one to remember

Liane was recommended to us through a friend. I reached out to Liane and received a quick response. I was able to make an appointment at a suitable time, meeting at our home. Liane was just lovely from the moment she stepped through the front door and I felt very comfortable with Liane immediately. We then talked about our plans and Liane helped guide us through our decisions with flights and accommodation, whilst also allowing us to make choices that were suitable for us. In very quick time our plans were mapped out and we felt very comfortable and confident to proceed with the bookings. The payment method choices were convenient and easy and we received the receipt the following day.Liane is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with, thank you so much for making this dream trip a reality. The cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam was faultless thanks to Liane and her expertise and professionalism in organising such a great holiday on one of APT Luxury River Cruises.
