I contacted Liane to help us book a trip to Japan for myself and 2 boys. I have never organised a holiday before and Liane was amazing. Her knowledge on places to go and see and things to do was exceptional. I originally went to flight centre and got very little help and guidance. Liane got us into a range of different places so we can experience the culture while we are there. Travel insurance was also organised for us. I left everything to her and we have had our whole holiday organised at short notice and she got us a great price. We can't wait to enjoy our holiday.

Liane was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has a relative in the travel agent industry who also recommended her. Good choice. Liane is exceptionally thorough and very good at what she does, managing to modify certain aspects of my round-the-world trip to make it as cheap and streamlined as possible, whilst also accommodating all relevant important dates. Cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I booked our first holiday through Liane back in 2012, and since then we have entrusted her to organise 12-15 holidays to date. Each and every time Liane is able to accommodate all our timing, schedule, standard and location requires. Booking through Liane takes all the stress out of everything, all you have to do is send her your holiday dreams and then turn up! We could not recommend her services enough.

This lady is simply the best, most helpful, most patient and I can’t recommend her highly enough. My trip was fated from start to finish, thru no fault of hers, ending with me in hospital the night before departure, she then proceeded to get me a full refund in a timely manner.

We booked two cabins for a Royal Caribbean cruise through Liane. She spent time getting us cabins side by side at the best spot on the ship for our small family. We can’t wait to head away in Feb!

We cannot thank Liane enough for all the time and effort she put into organising our recent and rather busy, 7-week trip to Europe. Liane suggested so many great places to stay and always managed to get us a cheaper price. The castle with the four-poster bed was a real stand out!! Liane helped us to choose exactly the right river cruise company for our needs and we couldn't have been happier with our tour through Germany. She was always so friendly and extremely professional - even when I must have been very annoying!! Thanks Liane - you were amazing! :-)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Liane to plan an unforgettable trip to Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From our first conversation, Liane took the time to understand my preferences and interests. Liane organised a comfortable and convenient hotel in the city that worked well for our family of 4. Langkawi was a dream come true. The accommodation at Berjaya Resort was fantastic, offering both comfort and stunning views. Liane has been fantastic for us, I called Liane asking help on booking a trip to the Gili Islands, she booked an amazing trip for us with outstanding accommodation and all flight and boat service, including pick up and drop off.
