Chris is one in a million.I have recently had trouble with all The restrictions with Covid ..Post Covid exemptions ,government regulations ,Qantas being tricky and flights canceled..Chris was there advising ,supporting and doing whatever he could .He couldn’t have done more . He us a very thoughtful kind genuine guy.I can’t recommend him highly enough
Chris, organised a 7 day itinerary before we were going to Singapore to visit family in September. First leg was to Kota Kinabalu staying at the Shangri-La Rasa Ria. Pleasant tropical location for a few days.Next was the transfer to Sandakan with Borneo Eco Tours. Travel to the Rainforest Lodge located on the Kinabatangan River was an ideal location for wildlife sitings and experiences. Chris is to be commended for his organisation of flights, ground and boat transfers. He should also be noted for his excellent local contacts that all worked according to plan for a very satisfying holiday experience.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my holidays and business travel, Chris knows all the ins and outs, tips and tricks, to get us the best deals and creates seemless itinearies. No one can control the weather, but when Summer storms caused mass flight cancellations, Chris leaped into action. Before the airline had sent a text, Chris had booked overnight accommodation and arranged a convenient flight time for the next day. After arriving at the hotel, an overwhelmed reception desk initially told us they had been overbooked due to a system failure, and we would need to find an alternative. Chris, now working after hours well into the evening, engaged on our behalf, resolving the issue and securing our rooms. Fantastic service that truly demonstrated the value of working with a world class travel agent.
