I wouldn't trust anyone else with my holidays and business travel, Chris knows all the ins and outs, tips and tricks, to get us the best deals and creates seemless itinearies. As an EA, I deal with many agents across the companies I have worked for, arranging travel for others weekly, yet none have given me the satisifaction and care that Chris continues to provide us every trip. His knowledge and service is invaluable. He planned our trips to QLD, Japan, UK, Dubai, Vanuatu, Thailand, Spain, USA and has never let us down. You won't be disappointed, TravelMuse are fantastic.
No one can control the weather, but when Summer storms caused mass flight cancellations, Chris leaped into action. Before the airline had sent a text, Chris had booked overnight accommodation and arranged a convenient flight time for the next day. After arriving at the hotel, an overwhelmed reception desk initially told us they had been overbooked due to a system failure, and we would need to find an alternative. Chris, now working after hours well into the evening, engaged on our behalf, resolving the issue and securing our rooms. Fantastic service that truly demonstrated the value of working with a world class travel agent.

Chris is one in a million.I have recently had trouble with all The restrictions with Covid ..Post Covid exemptions ,government regulations ,Qantas being tricky and flights canceled..Chris was there advising ,supporting and doing whatever he could .He couldn’t have done more . He us a very thoughtful kind genuine guy.I can’t recommend him highly enough
