Morocco, an exciting gateway to Africa

Morocco, an exciting gateway to Africa

Morocco is an exciting gateway to Africa. One that will surprise and delight you at every turn.

A melting pot of cultures, including Berbers and nomads, Arab, Jewish and western influences. You will see this shine through the various types of architecture as you move throughout the country. From beautiful mosques and mosaics to the Spanish-influenced blue city of Chefchaouen and the rich red medina laneways of Fez.

But just as the architecture changes, so does the landscapes. As you travel throughout the country you will be in awe at how quickly things change. From the bustling cities, rugged coastlines, open desert plains of the Sahara and the mountainous terrain of the high Atlas mountains.

Experience real life in the villages of Morocco as a solo traveller on this small group holiday to Morocco..And we want you to experience it all. We don't want you just to tick off the big-ticket items. We want you to stop in the smaller village and have those live local experiences too.

That's why our tours are packed full of immersive experiences.

Just some of the unique experiences on my Morocco Revealed tour are:

  • Mingle with local Berber communities and learn to make Moroccan pastries
  • Hike to the local village of Aroumd and the surrounding douars in the Atlas Mountains
  • Enjoy tea at your guide's personal cave house in Bhalil Village
  • Visit the Women’s organisation for family development in Dades
  • Enjoy a night in a Bedouin-style tent with dinner around the campfire while you enjoy gnaoua music
  • Visit Kasbah Amridil, a 400-year-old beautiful building, and one of Morocco’s most iconic living museums
  • Cooking class at La Maison Arabe in Marrakesh
