My wife and I have been using the services of Allen Suss as a travel agent for over 30 years! We have found him to be knowledgeable and reliable in every aspect of the travel industry. For example: when our luggage was loaded onto the wrong flight he was able to advise how to collect it and reroute it correctly on the way to our final destination! Outstanding!
Another example: when our flight from Germany to Panama was cancelled, he was able to provide an alternative set of flights to bring us into Panama in good time to connect with our sea voyage. As it happened this necessitated a flight through the USA and his foresight advised us to have the necessary paperwork, should that occur.
As my wife and I get older we rely more and more on Allen to anticipate our needs.

I've been using Allen as a travel agent for over 30 years and I've always been very happy with the service he provides. Nothing is too much trouble and he always seems to find the most competitive airfares and cruises. I used to spend hours researching prices by myself, but it always turned out to be a waste of time as Allen repeatedly beats any price I can find on my own. I recommend using him, without any hesitation, for all your travel needs.

We give Allen Suss the highest recommendation. Allen has helped us to plan and book our overseas trip, including flights, hotels, travel insurance, visa questions etc. No question is too small for Allen to help us with. He has researched the best options for us by listening to us and taking account of our needs and preferences. He has followed up and double-checked the details of our bookings and our requests to hotels, airlines etc, and given us excellent advice on how to organise our trip. Allen has been so flexible and contacted us at night and on the weekend as we are busy during the day. We had previous experience with Allen when he booked an overseas trip that never eventuated because of Covid. Allen kept in contact with advice about the Covid situation and how it was affecting our travel plans. He then assisted us to receive refunds and all our interactions with him were helpful and with good will. We are very grateful and appreciative of Allen's help, expertise and advice.

Allen is a very helpful person who knows a lot about travel, and travelling experience. His knowledge about different types of holidays is very extensive and informative. He has been very helpful about letting me know the different type of accomodations available when travelling. his knowledge of river cruising, and cruising on the many ships available for sea cruising is extensive.if you need help with your air travel he knows the advantage of travelling with different airlines according to your budget, and your needs. Overall he gives a good experience when you book a holiday with him.
