This is the third time I have used Samantha's services. Samantha has widely travelled and her feedback from other clients has given her excellent knowledge of travelling worldwide. If Samantha does not know something she has the contacts and will find out. Samantha is responsive to queries and happily makes changes when requested. I will happily use Samantha's services again.
Samantha has previously assisted my travel arrangements, after being recommended by my old and trusted travel agent when he moved on. I can now vouch for his recommendation as Samantha is aiding me again! Tell her what you want and expect, and she will do her utmost to provide it, and will happily alter arrangements if it doesn’t suit. It may take a few days; but this is as she’s waiting on overseas contacts, in which case she will keep you in the loop anyway. I have recommended Samantha to my friends!

Samantha is an excellent travel agent. Samantha listens to her customers/clients, has a high work ethic, obtains the best deals where she can, keeps you up to date on the progress with your trip (s) and is very personable. No issue is too much for Samantha to manage which is complimented by her effective communication skills and she goes the extra mile for customers.

This is the first time I’ve used Samantha, from the very first phone call she so was so helpful .I wanted to book a cruise. Unfortunately it was all booked out but within an hour. She come back with four different options and next thing I’m ready to set sail. I would highly recommend Samantha to all my friends and family. She makes traveling so easy and organising stress free, she has so much support before you go. I’m ready to book my next trip and I can’t wait to work with Samantha again.

I had used the travel agency before but not Samantha who I was put onto by the front desk. She was super proactive and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. She managed to get us a really good deal and even sorted it out for a close relative who came to the arrangement slightly later. Samantha was really friendly over the phone but was also very clear about what she needed from me and when - and was really good about confirming details - a great communicator. I would not hesitate in using Samantha again.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Samantha for anyone’s travel needs, whether it’s a domestic holiday or international travel, Samantha asks the right questions to determine all aspects of your holiday and leaves no stone unturned. Her professionalism and communication is second to none and she has a real passion and commitment to ensure your holiday is everything you want it to be. She researches well and, having travelled a bit herself, can offer fabulous advice on flights, hotels, tours, restaurants and more. Talk to her before you book your next trip. You won’t regret it.

It’s hard to believe that since 2017 Samantha has looked after my travel requirements, including overseas and domestic itineraries, tours and various cruises along the way. More recently other family members have become Sam’s clients.If I could describe her in 5 words:- Passionate (for helping you/her clients)- Straight-shooter (doesn’t mess you around)- Determined (to craft a great experience)- Trusted (to look after you)- Consultative (loves to receive feedback and offer her experience)I have no hesitation in recommending Sam, and already looking forward to our upcoming 2024 and 2025 trips already booked through her.

I have not used a travel agent for personal travel before. I found the experience surprisingly positive. I certainly wasn't expecting the attention I got or the effort made by Samantha and the company.I would definitely recommend Samantha.

I haven’t flown on a plane for some while now, and have been very time poor these last couple of months. I cannot recommend Samantha enough, she is very transparent and proactive. This made it very easy to book with her as it was very easy to relay my wants and needs for my Christmas holiday. My flights were booked with minimum layovers and a window seat the whole journey. Quite confident I have found my travel agent, thank you once again Sam!
