About me:
At the age of 21 I travelled to Europe for 3 months by myself and absolutely fell in love with travelling. I knew as soon as I returned home, I had to help people go on amazing travel adventures like the one I had just come back from.
I’ve been an agent since 2015 and have worked in a few different roles/stores. In that timeframe I have built a large database of clients and now work from home, taking on repeat/referral clients and online enquiries.
My favourite part of booking someone's holiday, is the moment they return home and tell me how fantastic it all was. Especially the things I recommended they do from my own personal experiences or knowledge of the area.
I also love being part of the journey, whether it’s a honeymoon, baby moon, anniversary, leaving school/graduating university trip or anything in between, I love being part of it, as it’s a memory my clients will have forever.
I'm an extremely honest agent and due to this I have a high repeat/referral business.
Personally when I travel, I love travelling in luxury and I'm an absolute foodie, so those things for me are key, however, I have also looked after so many clients that travel more budget friendly and can cater to any style of holiday you need whether it be for history, culture, art, religious travel, festivals/events and so much more!

Had a wonderful hotel in Canguu with a balcony view. Aside from a short few days with Bali belly we had a wonderful time and were able to relax and do a few events like ATV driving and white water rafting. Sam came through with all the details and questions we had immediatly and made the process so much less of a headache. Couldnt have asked for more :)

I have used Sam to book a number and variety of trips to weird and wacky places - from conferences in obscure American cities to beautiful luxury trips in Fiji and Maldives for special occasions. Sam has made the process easy regardless of the reason for travel. Let her know your likes and dislikes, budget, preferred airlines, and what you want out the holiday etc. and she'll take of the research and provide some options. Makes the booking so much easier! She's well-travelled, goes to lots of expos and events and has good knowledge of many destinations. If she doesn't know it, she'll work it out for you. Highly recommend Sam for whatever your reason to travel... assuming you need a reason :)

Samantha has previously assisted my travel arrangements, after being recommended by my old and trusted travel agent when he moved on. I can now vouch for his recommendation as Samantha is aiding me again! Tell her what you want and expect, and she will do her utmost to provide it, and will happily alter arrangements if it doesn’t suit. It may take a few days; but this is as she’s waiting on overseas contacts, in which case she will keep you in the loop anyway. I have recommended Samantha to my friends!

Samantha is an excellent travel agent. Samantha listens to her customers/clients, has a high work ethic, obtains the best deals where she can, keeps you up to date on the progress with your trip (s) and is very personable. No issue is too much for Samantha to manage which is complimented by her effective communication skills and she goes the extra mile for customers.

This is the first time I’ve used Samantha, from the very first phone call she so was so helpful .I wanted to book a cruise. Unfortunately it was all booked out but within an hour. She come back with four different options and next thing I’m ready to set sail. I would highly recommend Samantha to all my friends and family. She makes traveling so easy and organising stress free, she has so much support before you go. I’m ready to book my next trip and I can’t wait to work with Samantha again.

I had used the travel agency before but not Samantha who I was put onto by the front desk. She was super proactive and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. She managed to get us a really good deal and even sorted it out for a close relative who came to the arrangement slightly later. Samantha was really friendly over the phone but was also very clear about what she needed from me and when - and was really good about confirming details - a great communicator. I would not hesitate in using Samantha again.

It’s hard to believe that since 2017 Samantha has looked after my travel requirements, including overseas and domestic itineraries, tours and various cruises along the way. I haven’t flown on a plane for some while now, and have been very time poor these last couple of months. I cannot recommend Samantha enough, she is very transparent and proactive. This made it very easy to book with her as it was very easy to relay my wants and needs for my Christmas holiday. My flights were booked with minimum layovers and a window seat the whole journey. Quite confident I have found my travel agent, thank you once again Sam!
