We’ve been dealing with Karryn since just before Covid where she had organised for us a fabulous trip to the UK and Iceland. Then Covid hit and poor Karryn then spent countless hours trying to obtain refunds and credits. Two years later using some of our credits Karryn then organised a Darwin to Broome Kimberly tour which was absolutely amazing. Now we’re in the throngs of finally rebooking Iceland, Norway and UK. With a hand on heart Karryn has been without doubt the most patient, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and utterly fabulous travel agent.

First experience with Karryn was cruising around Greece with a group of 12. Our holiday was fantastic we were well looked after by Karryn, we had a couple of problems with transport and flights but Karryn handled everything very professionally. I would recommend Karryn to anyone wishing an enjoyable holiday.

Karryn books all my cruises for me. She knows so much having cruised herself but also goes to tours on lots of the ships when they are in port. Karryn also is a great source of info on destinations as she has been to lots of them. I know I am in safe, experienced hands.

We have been lucky to have Karryn organise several trips for us over the years. Each holiday has been trouble free, and we have had a wonderful time.I used to research and book my own holidays, which takes a lot of time and has an element of risk. Knowing that Karryn has a large company behind her ensures accomodation is appropriate and can obtain discounts on tours etc means all the work has been done for me.Am currently having Karryn organise two more trips for us in 2024, Machu Pichu and Egypt. The trips are all planned, all we have to do is wait to enjoy.
