Karryn books all my cruises for me. She knows so much having cruised herself but also goes to tours on lots of the ships when they are in port. Karryn also is a great source of info on destinations as she has been to lots of them. I know I am in safe, experienced hands.
We’ve been dealing with Karryn since just before Covid where she had organised for us a fabulous trip to the UK and Iceland. Then Covid hit and poor Karryn then spent countless hours trying to obtain refunds and credits. Two years later using some of our credits Karryn then organised a Darwin to Broome Kimberly tour which was absolutely amazing. Now we’re in the throngs of finally rebooking Iceland, Norway and UK. With a hand on heart Karryn has been without doubt the most patient, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and utterly fabulous travel agent.

First experience with Karryn was cruising around Greece with a group of 12. Our holiday was fantastic we were well looked after by Karryn, we had a couple of problems with transport and flights but Karryn handled everything very professionally. I would recommend Karryn to anyone wishing an enjoyable holiday.

Karryn arranged outr trip to USA! She was and is amazing! Everything was like clockwork! Fantastic accomodation! Connections to flights, hire cars! She did it all and was really helpful to two first time overseas travelers! Can not recommend her enough! She is a gem to wor’ with!

We have been lucky to have Karryn organise several trips for us over the years. Each holiday has been trouble free, and we have had a wonderful time.I used to research and book my own holidays, which takes a lot of time and has an element of risk. Knowing that Karryn has a large company behind her ensures accomodation is appropriate and can obtain discounts on tours etc means all the work has been done for me.Am currently having Karryn organise two more trips for us in 2024, Machu Pichu and Egypt. The trips are all planned, all we have to do is wait to enjoy.

Karryn was so easy to deal with for our cruise. She was quick to respond to any queries and always had time for myself and my family. She made our first time cruising very easy to understand, and secured speedy on board priority, which was a godsend with two little kids! Karryn made everything super easy for our cruise , from the booking to departure our trip was super organised , we didn’t have to worry about anything ( even sent our boarding passes well ahead and everything was included ). Communication was excellent.We could tell Karryn is an expert in her field and we were so impressed we will be getting Karryn to organise our next overseas trip.

Karryn booked a lovely mid week trip for a friend and I in beautiful Bowral. It was all done so efficiently through phone calls and emails as we were in Sydney. Accommodate and activities was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. I would highly recommend Karryn for future trips.

It is so convenient to have a Travel Agent that stays in contact with you, either in person at your home or on the phone. We have found Karryn to always be contactable if we have a query, nothing seems too difficult for her. There is nothing more reinsuring than an Agent that knows your likes and dislikes and is able to suggest the best bookings. Karryn has travelled extensively and we have found her knowledge in regard to cruising excellent. We have used Karryn as our Travel Agent for many trips and will continue to do so.
