The people are fabulous and so friendly and helpful, the wildlife is amazing and so many experiences to be had. The scenery is spectacular! Here are my recommendations and highlights to make sure you experience on your next trip to Tassie.
I highly recommend the Gordon River Cruise; the upper deck is fabulous. The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The Wine Glass Bay Cruise was another fabulous highlight with beautiful scenery and very relaxing.
Bruny Island was outstanding; there was so much to see, do, eat and drink.
I saw Penguins, Tassie Devils, Wombats, Echidna, and so many other species of wildlife and also toured some fabulous Gardens - so if you are into Wildlife or Gardens, then this is the place to visit!
Pennicott Wilderness Tours were fabulous and well worth the money for each trip we did. We managed to see probably 75% of what is on offer in Tasmania within the 3 weeks, and I will definitely be going back to see the rest.
