Five Memorable Experiences You Will Love in Hong Kong

Our highlights for what to do and see in Hong Kong

Hong Kong Disneyland

Playing kids for a day when we visited Disneyland in Hong Kong!

It's so easy to get there using the Mass Transit Railway (MTR). Trains run from Sunny Bay Station to Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and back daily, from early in the morning until late at night. Trains will arrive frequently, typically running every few minutes or so. Entering the park from the train was easy; there were a variety of rides for toddlers, children, and adults as well as multiple options for food. Such a fun day with so much laughter!

Views of The Peak

Witness the most amazing views from Sky Terrace 428! The Hong Kong city skyline at night is the most magical experience and picture-perfect. Travelling to The Peak is also a great experience, boarding The Peak Tram. You'll travel at a very steep incline to reach 369 metres above sea level. There is so much more to see up there, like the Eye of Infinity, Amusing Moment Self Studio, Madame Tussauds, Madness 3D Adventure as well as restaurants to eat at and continue to enjoy the view.

Tian Tan Big Buddha

Ride the cable cars up to the top of Ngong Ping to visit the most iconic attraction in Lantau, Tian Tan Big Buddha. Enjoy walking around the village and exploring.

Tai O Fishing Village, Lantau Island

Enjoy the experience of walking the streets of Tai O Fishing Village on Lantau Island. Wander the Tai O Market Street and plan for a beautiful lunch along the water.

Symphony of Lights, Victoria Harbour

We recommend ending your Hong Kong visit with a harbour cruise watching the Symphony of Lights on Victoria Harbour. The view was made all the better by the accompanying music! We believe the best place to view this spectacular event is on the harbour.
