This is a series of photos taken on some of my small, private group tours to Egypt and Jordan. Nothing beats being driven around Cairo in my friends' cars - a very different experience to being on a coach or small bus -, visiting the camel markets outside Cairo, 4-wheel-driving through Wadi Rum in Jordan, or entering Petra via "the goat track" - now that's amazing! I never have the same experiences - there's always something new, even to me, which is a hard task considering I've lived in Cairo and I've escorted tours there since 1991!
