Dani organised all of the details for our upcoming trip to Japan. It was a seamless and stress free process and Dani arranged everything for us down to flights, accom, transfers, day tours, rail passes and tickets for shows and exhibits. Dani has take the stress out of having to run around and do all of this ourselves and booking so far in advance has guaranteed us access to things that we may not have been able to secure ourselves. Dani has been absolutely amazing with sorting my entire trip to Central America. She was super patient with any hold ups I had on my end. Dani was prompt at replying as soon as we contacted her. She worked with us to plan an itinerary that suited where my brother and I wanted to travel to in europe, and all within our budget. Dani was available at the click of a button both before and during our trip. She ensured we had all important documents in one easy to find location before embarking on our holiday, which made for smooth-sailing. I recently used Dani to help plan our last min Euro trip. Neither my husband or I had the time to be researching hotels and plan connecting travel, this would usually take at least 6 months prior planning right? Well Dani had it all secured for us in less than 2 weeks. Now we can head off for our holiday without any stress of wondering if we missed something or booked something incorrectly! Also, the peace of mind knowing we can contact her while away if any issues does put you at ease.

Dani has been my Travel Consultant for over ten years. She is an absolute professional, dedicated and reliable. As a solo traveller she has always been available to me 24/7. Her personlised service, expertise and meticulous planning is exceptional. If you are unsure who to choose keep reading. Ten weeks in Europe ended on day 1. I accidentally slipped on the uneven cobblestones near my accommodation. Ambulance to Emergency and eventually diagnosed with a fractured shoulder. I definitely couldn't continue so I contacted Dani. She seamlessly orchestrated getting me home for the medical treatment required. Also cancellation of tours and hotels etc. I was able to contact her 24/7. Dani organised an 8 week European holiday for me, landing in Istanbul and departing from Marseille; many moving parts but all done seamlessly with humour and efficiency. This was my first time using a travel agent, but I can't imagine that it could be done better. I am thinking already about next year's trip and will definitely be a repeat customer with Dani.

Why do I use a travel agent for my bookings and not Skyscanner? Dani of course! Another complicated one for her but she managed to thread the needle at very short notice and get me through the UAE, London, Germany and home without spending days sitting in an airport or in transit. There will almost certainly be a change to my itinerary, and when there is she will smooth out the complications and get me back to Australia without breaking the bank. Dani organised a 13 week journey around the world for us. 4 East coast of Australia stops, both sides of the US, UK then mainland Europe. Dani was superb in organisation and suggestions. She always replied to us very promptly. Our wish was for boutique hotels in ideal central locations with easy access to the cities and public transport. We have used Dani for our travel arrangements several times in the past and it has always gone without a hitch. This time was no exception.We gave Dani the task of arranging a holiday for the 10 of us - 3 generations, comprising myself, my wife, our 2 sons and their wives and 4 grandsons.Dani organised a holiday trip to Club Med at Bintan, over the Easter break plus some time in Singapore.Dani arranged flights and connections, the ferry trip to Bintan from Singapore and return, and of course the return flight to Perth.Everything went smoothly and according to plan. I have no hesitation in recommending Dani to friends and family and indeed anyone who wishes to travel.
