Dani organised all of the details for our upcoming trip to Japan. It was a seamless and stress free process and Dani arranged everything for us down to flights, accom, transfers, day tours, rail passes and tickets for shows and exhibits. My partner and I chose Dani to plan our 4 week Europe trip and we are so glad that we did! It was our first time using a travel agent and it was such a stress-free experience. Dani has helped plan quite a complicated around the world series of flights for my husband and I. It has been with prompt communication, relevant and clearly stated, with extra information which she anticipated; entry visas, etc. The flight plan only needed a view by us, typically we have had to go back and forth trying to get better connections, however not with Dani, she came up with the smoothest options. We have had some difficulty sorting things out in the past, there are no travel agents where we live as we live in the rural South West of WA. My husband is a dual national and so we are needing to visit family overseas, plus do something extra to relax! I strongly recommend Dani, as does my husband. For a sound travel agent and very reassuring help, I suggest that you contact Dani for your trips. You won't be disappointed!

Why do I use a travel agent for my bookings and not Skyscanner? Dani of course! Another complicated one for her but she managed to thread the needle at very short notice and get me through the UAE, London, Germany and home without spending days sitting in an airport or in transit. There will almost certainly be a change to my itinerary, and when there is she will smooth out the complications and get me back to Australia without breaking the bank. I was impressed by Dani's online reviews when I was looking into flights for an upcoming conference. I wanted to find the best option for a very long trip (Perth to Orlando) in terms of total duration, connections, upgrade options and accruing frequent flyer points. Dani worked with my wife and I on two recent holidays; one was an extended holiday for the two of us to the UK and Scandinavia over 41/2 weeks, the other was an extended family (across 3 generations, 3 family groups with different travel requirements for each) ski holiday to Japan. Herding cats comes to mind!Each holiday required very precise planning to make the holiday a success and Dani delivered in spades. Not only did Dani deliver the goods, she also managed to patiently work through a multitude of queries and complications in the process. Each holiday had to be planned well ahead but also at the same time since there was only about 6 weeks separating the two, which led to overlap in correspondence and potential error in the detail, but Dani managed to successfully navigate through the detail, and it all worked according to plan.Well done Dani, and thank you for your support throughout.

Dani was an amazing travel agent to deal with. We started with a rough plan that we changed again and again but she accommodated all that and worked out a great itinerary in Vietnam and Cambodia. We don't normally use an agent to book our flights and accommodation, but it made things so much easier and we had someone to contact if anything went wrong. Our trip ran smoothly and when we did have a question about accommodation in Hanoi Dani was easily contactable and helped resolve our issue. Dani has been looking after my domestic and international air travel now for more than 15 years. She is utterly reliable, creative on complex itineraries, and realistic about costs. Airline travel has become more expensive, more difficult, and a lot more stressful. Dani helps manage the process and get you on board stress free and more importantly get you safely back. We can all book via the internet now but the reason I use Dani and not some anonymous booking service is because when there's a problem (and there inevitably is!), Dani will always find a way to solve it. Had great recent experience booking our first international trip since covid. Dani was such a pleasure to deal with. We have recently used Dani’s service for our return flights to Canada. We had not seen him for over 2 years due to Covid. The thought of trying to navigate all of the regulations and restrictions that are now part of the international traveling experience thanks to Covid was too daunting for us so chose to use a travel agent. Dani’s service was sensational the whole way through. No question of ours was too small. She was always quick to respond and assisted us to navigate the regulations required to leave Australia and enter back. We had difficulties with our return flight as it was delayed 15 hours which then meant it took us 3 days to get home and Dani was amazing in assisting us to put through claims with Qantas for extra expenses. I cannot recommend Dani enough. She is professional, polite and knows her stuff. If you book with her, you will not be disappointed.

Dani exceeded all expectations for our honeymoon! It was the most stress-free, easy experience.
