Michelle from Jayes is a one of a kind agent and I can not refer her enough to family friends and clients. I have been now using her for over 10 years on all International and Domestic bookings. She makes the travel documents comprehensive and I feel safe knowing that she has set everything up from Start to finish. Not a beat missed from her either with must do activities and sightseeing in the locations I choose and of course great places to eat! With more than a little trepidation, I agreed to join a small group tour to Northern India organised and hosted by Michelle from Jayes. After being picked up at our door and being returned three weeks later, I don’t have the words to explain what a wonderful experience was had! The sights, sounds, smells & people of New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Varanasi & Jodphur will stay with us forever. Michelle had organised everything – flights were on time, the hotels were first class, local guides were excellent & sights amazing. It is impossible to list all the highlights because there were so many – from the Taj Mahal to spending time at a school for disadvantaged girls and a dusk cruise on the Ganges plus so much more. We always felt safe secure and Michelle was the consummate host. Do yourselves a favour and talk to Michelle, you will not be disappointed.
