I live and breathe the travel industry; I want to share with you what is new, what is possible and what we can add to your existing ideas. Google tells you what it costs to go from A to B, I want to help you explore what's in between. By getting the itinerary right, I can save you money but more importantly, time.
I love creating itineraries that allow you to connect with locals, indulge in local cuisine, explore new areas - help you be a 'traveller' not a 'tourist'.
Personally I love to travel to destinations that are unique - so my top three destinations are Africa, India and Jordan. But loving travel, you can always sign me up for New York, Singapore and Florence as well! There is always places I'd love to revisit and always experiences I'm adding to my own bucket list.
I regularly escort small group journeys and I'm humbled that clients choose to come along time and time again on these adventures. I also create tailor-made groups for your family, friends or social groups. From organising private touring at reduced costs, to having a chef come in to cook you all dinner - no request is too large or small.

I have almost 20 years experience in the travel industry - 14 of which I've owned by own travel agency. We have an office you can physically visit or I can come to you in person or zoom. We want to make the experience of booking your holiday easy - at a time and place that is convenient for you.

With more than a little trepidation, I agreed to join a small group tour to Northern India organised and hosted by Michelle from Jayes. After being picked up at our door and being returned three weeks later, I don’t have the words to explain what a wonderful experience was had! The sights, sounds, smells & people of New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Varanasi & Jodphur will stay with us forever. Michelle had organised everything – flights were on time, the hotels were first class, local guides were excellent & sights amazing. It is impossible to list all the highlights because there were so many – from the Taj Mahal to spending time at a school for disadvantaged girls and a dusk cruise on the Ganges plus so much more. We always felt safe secure and Michelle was the consummate host. Do yourselves a favour and talk to Michelle, you will not be disappointed.

Michelle from Jayes is a one of a kind agent and I can not refer her enough to family friends and clients. I have been now using her for over 10 years on all International and Domestic bookings.
