Over the past five years, she has managed my travel needs and consistently exceeded expectations. From itinerary planning to travel insurance and round-the-clock support, Ivona offers a comprehensive service tailored to every client. I wholeheartedly endorse her and will continue to recommend her without hesitation.
I travel regularly (compulsively?) and cannot imagine life without Ivona. Just recently, she saved me from an overnight in Chicago after I was left in the lurch by two airlines on a tight connection. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to cover the service you can expect.

We have known Ivona for a number of years both personally and professionally. Ivona organised our trip to Sth America & Antarctica 12 mths ago. We had a few hotspots we wanted to see and threw random names of places at her.We ended with an amazing trip which was well organised to a tee. Ivona as a travel agent is the best I have ever come across. From the time of initial consultation to arriving home Ivona is always available. All options for travel are explained and made to fit your requirements.If something goes wrong while travelling Ivona will go out of her way to overcome the problem and get you on your way again. When overseas in a strange country and when something goes wrong you need Ivona on your side.She will do everything to get you back on track safely.Highly recommend you use Ivona for any of your travel especially when ravelling overseas.

I highly recommend Ivona for your travel needs. Her meticulous planning, attention to detail and extensive knowledge of destinations make her an invaluable resource. Ivona consistently goes above and beyond to create personalised journeys for her clients. I had total peace of mind when I was about to board a plane to a non-english speaking location, knowing flights on the other end were a mess. I arrived to find that Ivona had worked during my flight time to fix things for me, to ensure smooth transit and further travel. She is a must!

When dealing with Ivona we did not need to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of in a most timely manner. We were promptly advised of changes to our itinerary and alternatives suggested. When things went wrong she sprung into action in order to make our travels as stress free as possible. Even being woken in the middle of the night to email a copy of our passport to a hotel in Italy when we had left our originals at another location. This is the above and beyond we value. She has a wide range of knowledge on many parts of the world and is happy to share. We have even experienced places that we had no intention or knowledge of and just loved. We highly recommend Ivona for all types of travel.

I'm lucky enough to have worked in the travel industry for over 2 decades; so I know a few things about booking my own travel. But sometimes you just need a true expert on your side. Someone who finds all the right products in the blink of an eye that meet all your needs. Ivona is that plus more!
