When dealing with Ivona we did not need to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of in a most timely manner. We were promptly advised of changes to our itinerary and alternatives suggested. When things went wrong she sprung into action in order to make our travels as stress free as possible. Even being woken in the middle of the night to email a copy of our passport to a hotel in Italy when we had left our originals at another location. This is the above and beyond we value. She has a wide range of knowledge on many parts of the world and is happy to share. We have even experienced places that we had no intention or knowledge of and just loved. We highly recommend Ivona for all types of travel.
