I used to ‘muddle’ through making my own travel arrangements, until a friend recommended Tim Lawry and he has been my travel agent ever since. I would not even consider anyone else. Tim’s knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the travel industry was obvious to me from the start. He is honest and caring, and together with his easy manner and excellent communication skills, he instilled in me complete and lasting confidence.He can be absolutely relied on and is always readily available as a source of reference and support if needed……..and I have had to call on him for assistance during my travels when my plans needed to change unexpectedly, and his support and ability to reorganise things at short notice was such a huge comfort. He is a true advocate for his clients, and I cannot recommend him too highly. Thank you Tim!

His attention to detail and superb understanding of flight scheduling meant that we had a stress-free holiday. Tim helped me organise the important details of a pleasure ski trip to japan. His intimate knowledge of Tokyo and the ski fields was second to none. All the transfer timings, directions through Tokyo airport to the correct train station and transfers to our hotel in Hukaba were spot on. He knew where to hire the ski equipment and where to stay and eat.What's great about Tim, is that he lets you lead the holiday plans and he gives so many suggestions along the way.We also booked a New Zealand holiday with him, that had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 boarder restrictions. He went above and beyond to get out deposit back. Tim is now our travel agent for good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Tim has looked after our travel needs for many years and has proved to be knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful, on many occasions. As an example, immediately after 9/11 we were in London with important engagements to follow in Egypt. Air traffic in the area was in chaos, but Tim got us to Cairo via Vienna and then home again from there.We have travelled extensively throughout the world on both business and pleasure and I have never been able to fault him. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who requires personalised travel service of the highest quality

We have used the services of Tim and his company for many years and are very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge that they bring to every inquiry that we have.Service charges are reasonable, every fee or surcharge is explained in detail and provided upfront in a clear and transparent manner. With travel being so uncertain and eventful at present, it is best to utilise an agent that you can trust and whose advice is great value for money.

Tim has helped me organise multiple family/ Mum / daughter experience trips. When you have teenagers and parents with different ideas about what is rated as special, Tim went over and beyond to assist with organising surprise events and complicated airline connections so that everyone had the memorable trip and surprises that will be remembered.When things didn’t go to plan, such was his genuine interest in our holiday itinerary, that he was onto it and gave us the confidence that we had the back up of help from home.A great measure of service is the attention you receive when things don’t always go to plan and the level of care Tim demonstrated was over and beyond my expectation.

Tim Lawry has been my security in travelling to my daughter in USA regularly for decades. He has always been extremely helpful and reassuring and I will always continue dealing with him as long as I am able to travel. Cannot speak too highly of Tim in all aspects of travel.
