I have found Heather fantastic to work with. She is friendly, thorough and extremely helpful. She puts all info required for your trip on the travel managers app which has proved really worthwhile. I would recommend her services to anyone who is travelling and needs a good agent to manage their travel affairs.
Dear Heather, Once again you have created the perfect european holiday for our family. We provided a difficult schedule in a short time frame but somehow you made it all work. Our travel days went like clockwork, 8 planes, 13 trains, 3 skyrails, 2 trams, 1 cog rail, 3 buses, 1 ferry, 5 taxis & one chauffeured trip on the autobahn. All without incident.We trusted Heather once again to choose our accommodation and each one didn't disappoint. In fact exceeding expectations. Location was spot on so we felt a part of the city, especially when Germany won the soccer!Heather is a travel magician. We have only be back 1 week and Hubby said today, time to call Heather again...

Heather organised a memorable trip for my daughter (17) and I to London, Paris, Milan, Santa Margherita. We had a fabulous range of accommodation and tours made for us. It was well organised and very happy with the outcome. There was alot of variety and all the tour companies were reliable and well worth their value. Hi Heather, I would just like to thank you for your efforts and the arrangements made for my recent adventures in Calgary. All of my dealings with you have been very easy and any queries I have raised you responded very promptly. Rightly or wrongly, I am usually very reliant on my wife when we travel and being solo this time I thought it would be a little daunting. Heather Taylor made planning my holiday a breeze as she took care of flights, train tickets, accommodation & all the incidentals associated with an overseas holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for Heather & her attention to detail was excellent. The Pocket Travel app has all my travel details downloaded & ready to go. which is a fantastic feature. Everything is at my fingertips ready to go without the need to print copious pages of documents. Thanks to Heather I am confident that everything has been taken care of.

Heather was so very professional in every matter. She booked flights and accommodation for our recent trip to Botswana, advised on various options and provided a lot of helpful information prior to our departure. She set up a very handy itinerary in the app, along with useful information on our destination. It made the whole trip so much easier.

I would absolutely endorse Heather Taylor for arranging travel and accommodations. My recent trip to Scotland was coordinated with GlobeTrotters perfectly. My flight times and connections were well planned and the hotels had all the information needed. Everything was prepaid so the experience could not have been easier.

Heather managed the travel for the 4 of us on a holiday to New Zealand. Each of us had a different itinerary, arriving and departing at different times and eventually all meeting up to travel together in Campervans, then splitting up again and going our different ways. Two of us participated in a horse riding trek, so we all had different Travel Insurance Cover. Heather seamlessly put together our travel flights, accommodation and Campervan Hire to meet our complicated schedule. We had some last minute dramas when 1 of us didn't get the correct credit card for the Campervan hire. Heather quickly sought out our options and a solution was found. Heather was patient with us trying to understand the conditions of the Campervan hire which I think she had to explain to me a few times. Heather was always polite and understanding. Heather ensured we met all our payment deadlines and kept checking if we needed anything else before we left.

We enjoyed a 5 day Singapore city stay at Jen orchard way Fantastic location close to shops and local attractions Hotel very clean. Fantastic pool and bar Great place for a couple of days

My trip to Argentina was perfectly organised by Heather: flights, hotels, transfers and tours all went without a hitch. Local operators were professional, courteous and on time (even at difficult times of the night). Heather was very knowledgable and competent, and always prompt getting back with answers to questions in the lead up to the trip. I had not used a travel agent before but won't go back now! Having Heather coordinate everything removed all that niggling fuss so I was free to enjoy my break. I will definitely go straight to Heather next time I plan a holiday.

We're so excited to be setting off on our European adventure tonight. While we're madly getting the last few things done, a beautiful bottle of French wine appeared on our doorstep, a 'bon voyage' gift from our travel agent. We're extremely appreciative of everything Heather has done to help us feel prepared for our adventure. We would highly recommend enlisting her help. A huge amount of organisation has gone into our itinerary, hotel bookings, train journeys, transfers. All the information is very accessible through the Travel Managers App and knowing Heather is available to help with any plans that go awry is very reassuring.

Given we haven't travelled to Vietnam and Cambodia before we enlisted the assistance of Heather Taylor and we were not disappointed. Heather organised a perfect trip vising all the major sites plus a few off the beaten track such as the caves at Phong Nha - definitely recommend! The range of activities was excellent and would suit all abilities and we had plenty of free time to explore ourselves and get away from the touristy areas. We rode on the back of scooters, went on cruises and speed boats, ate amazing food and stayed in excellent accommodation - the perfect balance of activities and downtime. Communication before, during and after the trip has been excellent and will definitely use Heather again for future trips - thank you for an unforgettable holiday :)

Flights with virgin were great despite a delay coming home. Accommodation at Bay Villas was clean, comfortable and close to town.Â

Heather arranged our 6-7 week Europe and UK trip for myself, husband and three of our children. We left in 2017 anticipating a "nice time". What we got was an absolutely fantastic time. She arranged book ahead jump the queue tickets for all the attractions we wanted to see. Made suggestions based on things we told her about ourselves and honestly, we would not change one thing about it. From the flights to the accommodation to the tourist destinations we visited, every single thing was simply perfect. We had started our itinerary for another long trip but Covid interfered. As soon as the world opens up again, we'll be booking our next holiday with Heather. She is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about travel needs you didn't even know you had. I highly recommend her for any trip, whether a weekend away interstate or a holiday of a lifetime overseas.

Heather organised my bucket list trip of a lifetime that I took in the year that I turned 50. I had always wanted to go to Africa, not only for the animals but the people, lifestyle and culture. Heather not only made this a reality but everything was so well organised that I was able to fully relax and immerse myself in the experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Heather as your go to travel agent. This isn't the only trip that Heather has organised for myself and my family, but by far the most the most complex and it all went so smoothly with some lovely touches thrown in as well. Heather made some great suggestions and accommodated my must haves. It was such an amazing time that I can't wait to go back again.
