Just returned from 5 weeks in Europe with our group of 27. We started with 5 days in Singapore followed by a Mediterranean cruise from Rome, then 3 weeks in a chartered bus visiting Italy, Slovenia, Austria and France. We were in touch with Heather and used her advice and handy hints throughout our travels. Heather was very obliging when I needed to alter my flights home. Thank you Heather.

I have found Heather fantastic to work with. She is friendly, thorough and extremely helpful. She puts all info required for your trip on the travel managers app which has proved really worthwhile. I would recommend her services to anyone who is travelling and needs a good agent to manage their travel affairs.

Dear Heather, Once again you have created the perfect european holiday for our family. We provided a difficult schedule in a short time frame but somehow you made it all work. Our travel days went like clockwork, 8 planes, 13 trains, 3 skyrails, 2 trams, 1 cog rail, 3 buses, 1 ferry, 5 taxis & one chauffeured trip on the autobahn. All without incident.We trusted Heather once again to choose our accommodation and each one didn't disappoint. In fact exceeding expectations. Location was spot on so we felt a part of the city, especially when Germany won the soccer!Heather is a travel magician. We have only be back 1 week and Hubby said today, time to call Heather again...

Heather organised a memorable trip for my daughter (17) and I to London, Paris, Milan, Santa Margherita. We had a fabulous range of accommodation and tours made for us. It was well organised and very happy with the outcome. There was alot of variety and all the tour companies were reliable and well worth their value. Heather Taylor made planning my holiday a breeze as she took care of flights, train tickets, accommodation & all the incidentals associated with an overseas holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for Heather & her attention to detail was excellent. The Pocket Travel app has all my travel details downloaded & ready to go. which is a fantastic feature. Everything is at my fingertips ready to go without the need to print copious pages of documents. Thanks to Heather I am confident that everything has been taken care of.

She booked flights and accommodation for our recent trip to Botswana, advised on various options and provided a lot of helpful information prior to our departure. With all aspects of our travel planned for & booked by you, we were able to make the most of our holiday without worrying about the logistics! Heather managed the travel for the 4 of us on a holiday to New Zealand. Each of us had a different itinerary, arriving and departing at different times and eventually all meeting up to travel together in Campervans, then splitting up again and going our different ways. Two of us participated in a horse riding trek, so we all had different Travel Insurance Cover. Heather seamlessly put together our travel flights, accommodation and Campervan Hire to meet our complicated schedule. We had some last minute dramas when 1 of us didn't get the correct credit card for the Campervan hire. Heather quickly sought out our options and a solution was found. Heather was patient with us trying to understand the conditions of the Campervan hire which I think she had to explain to me a few times. Heather was always polite and understanding. Heather ensured we met all our payment deadlines and kept checking if we needed anything else before we left.
