Melanie Carter has been helping us with our travel bookings and advice since 2017. Melanie is always professional, she is up to date, knowledgeable and articulate with her work. Melanie also listens and is perceptive of our travel requirements, no matter how crazy they may be. More importantly Melanie has been sensitive to meeting our needs when unfortunate situations have arisen that could not have been pre-empted, and travel arrangements have had to be changed or even cancelled. We booked our Family Bali Holiday through Melaine at Travel Managers. Mel's service and recommendations were second to none and we truly appreciated her expert opinion on a country that we had never been to previously. I would highly recommend Melanie for planning and booking your next trip. Melanie recently assisted us to plan and book our family Disneyland adventure and she did not disappoint! Every detail was thought through and she went above and beyond even calling our transfer company to organise a replacement when our flights were cancelled at the last minute. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does!

This was our first time on a cruise and it was fabulous! Great food, fun shows and lots to do if you want to or just relax and soak it all in. We had a fabulous family holiday in Singapore, Mel took care of our flights, hotels and transfers and was available at short notice to sort out a small booking adjustment on our final day. She took all the stress and hassle out of planning our trip and we all had a wonderful time, thanks Mel!

Melanie has organised all of my immediate and extended family holidays for many years now and every single one has been perfect. She takes the time to know exactly the type of holiday that suits everyone, she is meticulous in planning and the best part of going on a holiday organised by Melanie is that I don't have to think about a single thing. She has already done all of that for me.....so I just get to concentrate on enjoying the amazing destinations and the time with my family.

In September 2022 I went on a holiday to the Northern lights all booked by Melanie. During my long flight from Singapore to Helsinki I had a minor medical incident and unfortunately the policy of Finnair (and I think all airlines) if there is a medical incident, land at the nearest airport and offload the passenger. I finished in Baku, Azerbaijan in the early hours of the morning. I notified Melanie as soon as I could and, even although she was heading for Spain within the next couple of days herself, Melanie had me on a flight to Heathrow, overnight accommodation at the airport, and an ongoing flight to Oslo the next day to catch up to my tour. This was all mainly caused by the delay of a Virgin flight by 10 hours out of Melbourne during the period when airline flight cancellations/delays were rampant. Melanie even had the knowledge to think ahead and suggested I fly over 1 day earlier to Oslo which I did and basically was able to catch up with my group.Thank you Melanie.

Currently on a 5 week whirlwind Europe trip and the organisation Mel put into this trip was phenomenal. Everything has run smoothly as my daughter and I navigated London, Greece, Italy and Paris. Highly recommend this service so much I've booked more trips coming up.
