Liane has been a very professional and friendly agent to deal with. We were so impressed with her speedy replies to our endless queries, and her patience in dealing with 4 ladies with varying likes and dislikes. Just arrived back from Hanoi & Da Nang. Had a great time lots to do and see!! Liane found us good flights great hotels and organised our tours for us. We had to relax knowing it was all done. Can't recommend Liane highly enough such a great help with ideas.

Liane was very professional in all aspects of finding and booking my two holidays, including the much needed and appropriate travel insurance. Liane has a great attitude and will go the extra mile to make sure your trip is stress free, which just leaves you to count the days down before your holiday starts.It goes without saying that Liane will be my Travel Agent from here on in.
