I was at the airport and Virgin airlines asked me to pay an additional $170 for my suitcase. A fee I would have to pay again on my return flight home. I knew this was not correct, but the Virgin staff member in-charge confirmed I had to make this payment. I phoned Liane who answered my call straight away. She spoke to the Virgin airlines staff and sorted it all out. I did not have to make any additional suitcase payments. Without Liane's support and her ability to communicate with Virgin airlines (they were not listening to me) I would have had to pay those (unexpected) baggage costs. Not only that, I had a window seat booked. However, when I got to the airport they told me there were no window seats left. After talking to Liane, the staff miraculously had a window seat available for me ! Without Liane's help and support, this would have been a terrible, and expensive flight for me. Thank you Liane.

I was grateful for Liane's expertise. She saved me hours and hours of scrolling through the internet, and I was scared of ending up on scam websites. It gave us peace of mind to know that a professional travel agent was looking after our holiday needs. The itinerary Liane came up with was absolutely great. She booked fab hotels and met our budget needs. When we were overseas and came across an issue with the car hire company, Liane was able to give us the information we needed that not only helped us, but saved us money too, which we appreciated. Liane can be busy due to her high demand, and couldn't always get back to me straight away, but she always got back to me as soon as she could. I have arranged to connect with Liane again to book our next holiday with her. Thank you Liane. Happy with how she looks after us.

Liane assisted us with our current family trip to Europe and I loved her enthusiasm for our trip. She had great suggestions and her hotel selections (Paris, Annecy, Lauterbrunnen, Vernazza and Bologna) were perfect! I only wish we’d booked more through her. Very grateful!!

We have just returned from our holiday to Italy and Switzerland and would like to highly recommend Liane. She was very professional in her job and when helping us plan our trip she suggested numerous options which greatly enhanced our holiday. Liane organised our honeymoon in Africa which was amazing! Our booking included 10 flights and 6 different accomodation bookings across the 2 weeks we were away, which had to be coordinated through different safari companies. Liane was there to assist us through some changes to our itinerary along the way to ensure our travels went smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liane as your travel agent!

My family had to organise a trip to Auckland NZ as my daughter was representing Australia for a Junior Indoor Netball Comp.
