Kate is truly amazing. In the planning, from flight's that were cancelled and a new plan needed to be found to Jasper impacted from fires and we could not stay there. Kate always is a calming , I'll work it for you girl. We keep coming to Kate with our holiday wish and she makes it work for us. And then after the holiday listens to our stories. I highly recommend this business, Kate has been amazing from organising flights, accommodation, transfers etc., her customer service has been outstanding as usual, following up on all the details and keeping me up to date with our travel details. Kate has been the best travel consultant ever. Nothing is a problem and she knows exactly what to do and does it without a complaint.Looking after the travel arrangements of an elderly and grumpy old man is not easy but Kate makes it look easy

Kate has now organised four trips for us, accommodating all the special requests, and the changes of minds, of all family members. Her organisation has been impeccable! Each time we have had a difficulty she has come up with a suggestion that has worked. She has also organised last minute connections when people have missed their train, and flights for people who have suddenly needed to get home in a hurry. And all without getting flustered, and with a smile! Thank-you so much!

Up to recently we’ve organised our own international travel, but Covid and dysfunctional airlines put clamps on self booked holidays for us. Am so glad to have come across Kate, who has now arranged a 4 week European holiday and 2 week holiday in Vietnam. The first trip had many complications, which Kate dealt with and breezed through. The second, we just followed all her suggestions with her obvious knowledge of the region, our trip adapted to the needs of our family of 5. Knowledgeable, responsive even outside of working hours (sorry if I’ve put a millstone around your neck Kate) and good value. Highly recommended.

Kate provided an excellent service to Sue and I for our European river cruise and tour of Spain. If Covid had not intervened, I’m sure that Kate’s itinerary for my tour on the railways in Switzerland and the Baltic region would have resulted in an excellent holiday.

Kate did a marvellous job for us in arranging our time in France and Switzerland, booking air fares, rail tickets, hotels, day trips, a river cruise and a rail tour. She was helpful in advising suitable trips and was responsive to our needs. . She kept us informed and was prompt in responding to any questions that arose. We would highly recommend her to others

Kate's strengths are endless! Her customer service is superb, we have always felt our needs are understood, and Kate makes every effort to give us guidance towards our travel goals. Even when we have cancelled planned trips, she has been supportive and able to guide us into something more suitable. She is extremely knowledgable about travel destinations, and has her finger on the pulse. Nothing is too much trouble.Kate has been our agent for over 12 years, from a walk in visit to her shopfront, where we were lucky enough to be greeted by Kate, and from there our relationship began.
