Kate is wonderful! She has taken on some challenging assignments and always delivers a good outcome. I am trying to think of a challenge that will beat her but I doubt that I can.

Kate is the best travel agent I've ever had and don't think there will be a better one! My partner and I have asked Kate for travels to Malaysia and Thailand. Kate is very diligent and works towards our best interests and makes sure that we are getting the best deals possible whilst making sure we are happy to proceed by providing pricing upfront before booking. Kate is very responsive and goes out of the normal standard travel agent that just books your flights and accommodation, and really takes cares of her clients. We would definitely recommend Kate to anyone and will be asking for her assistance again in the future!

We have recently returned from a six week trip to Europe. Kate Iles planned and booked everything for us including flights, train travel, car hire and accommodation. This was a trip of a lifetime for us and due to Kates knowledge, experience, professionalism and attention to detail we had the most incredible time as it all went to plan seamlessly. We have used Kate several times to plan our holidays. We give Kate where we want to go and Kate works it all out for us. When we had a flight cancellation which impacted the connection flight. Kate had it sorted before we knew. We started going to Kate as a family member had used her. So glad we found Kate.

Kate is truly amazing. In the planning, from flight's that were cancelled and a new plan needed to be found to Jasper impacted from fires and we could not stay there. Kate always is a calming , I'll work it for you girl. We keep coming to Kate with our holiday wish and she makes it work for us. And then after the holiday listens to our stories. I highly recommend this business, Kate has been amazing from organising flights, accommodation, transfers etc., her customer service has been outstanding as usual, following up on all the details and keeping me up to date with our travel details. Kate has now organised four trips for us, accommodating all the special requests, and the changes of minds, of all family members. Her organisation has been impeccable! Each time we have had a difficulty she has come up with a suggestion that has worked. She has also organised last minute connections when people have missed their train, and flights for people who have suddenly needed to get home in a hurry. And all without getting flustered, and with a smile! Thank-you so much!
