I have just had a fantastic 6 week holiday in China and it is really thanks to James Jang! Just 10 days before going away I was informed I have Diabetes Type 2! I panicked! James advised me to take out comprehensive insurance with 1Cover and explain my issues. They approved the insurance and we got a great deal! Great start! James also then advised me approach China Southern Airlines and ask for diabetes meals. I would never have thought of this. It worked. CSA looked after me from boarding the aircraft settling me in and keeping an eye on me! James knows that I like window seats so he advised me to email CSA direct and ask for my preferred seating. They approved this! It's the knowledge that James has and shares with his clients that makes a huge difference. By the way he also helped me to complete the Chinese Visa application and within in 2 days I had my visa!! Thank you very much James yet again. Over a period of more than twenty years we have been benefiting from the expertise provided by Harvey World Travel and then by Where2Travel.During that time we were advised in our travel arrangements, initially by Caitlin Clarke and after Caitlin’s marriage to James Jang who continues to look after us to this very day.In arranging our frequent holidays James vast knowledge and experience has proved invaluable. His attention to detail and ability to second-guess our requirements has allowed us to enjoy many and varied trouble free vacations. Whether close by to our Melbourne home or on the other side of the world James is always there for us, providing reassurance and on many occasions real-time assistance. We could not be more satisfied with the care and service he provides which over the years has developed into a lasting friendship. In short we can highly recommend James in every way. James has helped us with our travel arrangements for several years now and we have always been impressed by his efficiency and knowledge. This last trip he quickly solved all the problems due to us missing a flight through our own fault. It is always a pleasure to deal with him.

Well I am absolutely rapped with James!I was struggling getting application for a Chinese visa so I turned to James.He invited me to his office and he patiently worked through the process.The flights were all booked and tickets issued just the Visa to be completed..it was a long winded process but I presented it to the China Visa centre and all was okay.Well done and thank you for a superior service James and Where2TravelAlan and Vicky

Our trip, flights, accomodation, train travel and excursions were all perfect. It is such a pleasure working with James to plan our travel. He has organised several overseas trips for us and it’s so relaxing.
